The Campsite

We are happy to welcome you from April 5th to September 29th, 2024 at the heart of “Albaster Coast” (the white cliffs).

From beginning of June to September 22nd, our playfull heated pool awaits you with its large sunny beaches to perfect your tan and hydro-massage jets to relax. The pool is open from 11:00 a.m. on weekends and in July/August. It opens at 2:00 p.m. on weekdays in June and September.

By the new cycle path, reach in 5 minutes by turning right the beach of Veulettes sur Mer and its excellent french fries shop, or by turning left the leisure center of Lac de Caniel and its many activities.

The campsite extends over 3 hectares and 100 pitches. It offers you magnificent pitches and two regularly improved toilet blocks (in 2023, there will be 2 additional toilets and the installation of detection lighting).

Services

  • Reception open from 9.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Tea room area to enjoy a tea… or even a coffee or a small draft…
  • WIFI throughout the campsite.
  • Paying washing machine and drying racks.
  • From early July to late August, the baker is at the camp-site every morning.
  • You can play at French bowls with a beautiful view of the village.

Leisure and activities

  • The swimming pool awaits you every day for a dive in a 28° C water at the campsite Les Prés de la Mer.
  • Your children will play in the bouncy castle every afternoon in high season.
  • In the living room game area, you can borrow English books, play ping pong or shuffleboard with friends.
  • The campsite has developed several partnerships for on-site bicycle rental, sailing or motorized sea trips, rail cycling and other new features.

Our Village

A bit of history…

Vittefleur village has existed since the time of the Merovingian kings (5th century AD). Explore it on the discovery path. There are very beautiful buildings, views over the river and a lake with a big water sports base. Vittefleur is surrounded by market-gardens, fields, mills and a linen works.

  • The shops are at only 800 yards: backery, grocery and newspaper.
  • We have also a local producer of fruit and vegetable and a producer of local cider and calvados.
  • The village has a huge leisure center around a lake of 125 acres: water skiing with a cable, summer sledge, restaurant, and so many things…
